As the Technology Product Strategy Manager at Daimler Truck North America, I lead and empower a team of Product Managers to develop the best Technology-related systems and features for commercial vehicles.I am currently responsible for leading roadmapping, product and program management activities to develop and deploy ADAS, Cameras & Digital HMI, Telematics, E/E Architecture, and SW-defined Vehicle (SDV) technologies for commercial vehicles. Additionally, I champion and lead projects and initiatives to improve knowledge management and communication between Strategy and Engineering groups. With over 15 years of work experience, I have also worked leading new product development projects, analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, and developing marketing and sales strategies. During my PhD research, I have dived into R&D and Technology Innovation Management, working in technology roadmapping projects and technology transfer process development.Having edited a book and authored multiple peer-reviewed papers, I also serve as a contributor and reviewer for several top-tier journals in the Technology Management field.In addition to the PhD degree in Technology Management, I hold a MEng in Engineering Management, a Graduate Certificate in Energy Policy and Management, and a BS in Industrial Engineering,
