I work with Pure Raum, a Canadian clinical Korean Skincare distributor, as their Lead Educator and US Account Support Rep. In this role, I work with their social media, provide field sales and support for American account holders, do international skills and knowledge trainings via Zoom, and present in person at North American trade shows and esthetics schools, in order to increase their penetration in the US professional skincare market.I provide skills and business training for licensed estheticians, nurses and physicians through my company Skin by Jen, LLC, and own and operate a professional training and spa services center, The Esthetic Advantage.My skills and experience include: public speaking and stage performance for small and large audiences; event planning and coordination; organizing disparate pieces of information into a cohesive, comprehensible whole; distilling complex concepts into teachable and engaging lessons; managing processes to troubleshoot, streamline, and restructure them into a functional flow; selling through teaching; and personalized customer support with developmental guidance (upon request). I love to learn, grow, and share that knowledge to encourage growth around me.
