About Keller
I teach, write, present, advise on, and continuously learn about all things HR. Most of my research focuses on talent management and career development, though I also spend a ton of time working with and thinking about people data and people analytics. I serve as the Faculty Director for our Executive Master of Human Resource Management (EMHRM) program and teach our delightful Cornell undergraduates about the topic, trends, and technologies continuously reshaping the world of HR. I also collaborate with companies to solve talent problems through our Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies and ILR WIDE. I am pretty damn lucky to work at the best HR school in world!
