About Jonathan Ribskis

Jonathan Ribskis is a construction and talent professional with extensive experience in retail, office, restaurant and specialty construction. Over the course of his 20 year building career, he has constructed projects in dozens of states, spanning all regions of the country. Most recently he has been focused on building PEOPLE and TEAMS within his organization through attracting, engaging, developing and retaining talent. Mr. Ribskis has been instrumental in helping grow his company to one of the premier commercial general contractors in the country, through his work as superintendent, estimator, project manager, safety/training manager, regional director and talent director.He has been recognized by his peers and managers as detail-oriented, extremely organized, flexible, humble, consistent and proficient at leading teams.
