ABOUT JORDAN R. HUNT

I\'m an entrepreneurial pharmaceutical chemist with 6+ years of industry experience in small molecule drug design, formulation optimization, and novel drug delivery systems.I\'ve built my career at the intersection of bench science and strategic thinking. At Azurity Pharmaceuticals, I led formulation development across 4 drug programs through the 505(b)(2) pathway, delivering one to market with three more in late-stage development. I contributed to 3 provisional patents through invention disclosures and patent drafting, and played a key role in scaling formulations from lab bench to GMP manufacturing with CROs and CDMOs.Currently, as Head of Product Innovation at Likarda, I\'m pioneering the expansion of a patented delivery platform to small molecules and biologics, working independently in a lean startup where resourcefulness and speed are everything.Earlier in my career, I independently synthesized 2 novel prodrugs at Aerobyx that were pivotal to the company securing $225K in SBIR funding, and my doctoral research at the University of Kansas resulted in 2 patents and 2 publications.I\'m an inventor (4 patents), a mentor, and a scientist who thinks about both the molecule and the market.
