ABOUT JOSE GRIZMAN

I currently work as a Project Manager on the CSS pilot project at Dunia Technology for Staatsolie in Suriname and Houston. I have 21 years of experience in operating and maintaining industrial facilities, boilers (OTSG), mechanical design, project management, control valves, industrial automation, evaluation, planning, development, and execution of projects in all stages, including conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering. My expertise extends to the development of industrial infrastructure, modeling, and evaluation of systems for the processing, treatment, storage, and transport of fluids such as oil, gas, water, and steam. Additionally, I have experience in thermal processes for improved oil recovery, including cyclic steam stimulation (CSS), Steam Flooding, and SAGD, Skills: 1- Mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, and automation engineering. 2- Ability to work in a team, handle pressure, and demonstrate commitment, responsibility, hard work, proactivity, dynamism, and creativity. 3- Leadership skills, working within functional lines, implementing strategies, and fostering consensus. 4- Ability to manage resources (physical/financial) and lead functional work teams. Languages: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English. Goals: To establish a mutually beneficial working relationship for both the company and myself.
