In charge of polymer design, solvent based and water based, specifically for flexible textile substrates. Work with customers and outside sales staff to prepare new polymers and formulations to meet customer needs. Evaluate and refine current processes. Responsibilities include: Evaluation of new raw materials, customer samples, lab compliance, substrate preparation and response to customer complaints and/or requests.Technical liaison to both customers and government agencies as needed.
