   Leads the day-to-day administration of Lactalis’ health and welfare plans for employees across the US. I manage a team of three specialists that supports twelve human resource teams from a shared services perspective. The team’s scope includes administering every element of health and welfare plans, facilitating the leave of absence process (FMLA, DBL, ADA, PWFA, etc.), and running the 401(k) processes. The team collaborates closely with C-Suite leadership, HRIS, Payroll, and HR Managers to evaluate existing benefit policies and HR business processes to assure improved transactional processes and optimal employee engagement.• Managed the RFP process for a new employee benefits broker. The new vendor relationship allowed for additional services, to include improved pharma oversight, enhanced employee communications, and increased compliance with various state and federal regulations at a net neutral cost to the company.• Directs a multi-functional team consisting of HRIS, payroll, compensation, and benefits to produce total compensation statements for all employees of Lactalis. • Resourced, communicated and managed the benefits package alignment and integration for 500 employees from a recent acquisition. The integration process enabled all employees to seamlessly transition and restructure their respective benefits within an abbreviated timeline.• Manages the leave of absence process for 12 sites across the US. Inheriting an inconsistent process, I streamlined and enhanced the leave of absence processes by creating a standardized training plan for site HR teams, leading regularly scheduled meetings, and establishing a reporting process for site HR managers. • Led the administrative update process for quarterly 401(k) meetings to include compliance, auditing, and delivery of employee communications.• Standardized the benefits communication process for employees and 62 local site human resource teams.
