I’m a trauma-informed therapist, wellness strategist, and community builder with a passion for helping people reconnect to their bodies, their power, and each other. My work bridges clinical expertise, somatic healing, wellness programming, and real-world experience in digital mental health, marketing, and experiential leadership.My therapeutic approach integrates EMDR, performance psychology, and nervous system tools like yoga and breathwork. I help clients move beyond symptom management by addressing the root causes of distress and supporting sustainable growth, vitality, and emotional freedom.Before becoming a therapist, I led marketing and program strategy for digital mental health startups and large-scale behavioral health companies. Alongside that, I spent over a decade in the wellness industry, building community and coaching across a range of mind-body modalities. This combined experience informs my systems-level view of care and fuels my ongoing interest in making healing more accessible, embodied, and community-driven.Today, my work moves beyond the therapy room. I help build embodied movement communities, co-lead nature-based wellness retreats, and consult on creating spaces that foster belonging, nervous system resilience, and meaningful transformation. Whether I’m holding space 1:1, facilitating group experiences, or helping shape the culture of a wellness brand, I lead with curiosity, clarity, and a deeply integrative approach to human flourishing.
