During his tenure at Care Logistics, Mr. Rosenblum helped define the company\'s overall strategy and tactics, built their development team, championed agile methodologies, and had Product Management oversight.Prior to Care Logistics, Mr. Rosenblum was CTO and VP of Client Services for Emmi Solutions, an HIT company focused on empowering individuals to take more active roles in their care through a variety of interactive, patient engagement technologies. At Emmi Solutions Mr. Rosenblum was a member of their senior management team; managed the development of their ASP solution; introduced a number of revenue-producing, technology innovations; and managed their Client Services department. While a senior executive for Allscripts, a publicly traded Electronic Health Record and Medical Services company, Mr. Rosenblum managed the product development of its highly successful, hand-held physician prescribing system. In addition, Mr. Rosenblum was a leader in transitioning the company to its Internet strategy and contributed significantly to it becoming a billion dollar company following its successful IPO led by Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns.
