I am the General Manager for Anthony & Sylvan Pools, overseeing a division that encompasses PA, NJ and DE. I have also worked as a Regional Sales Manager and Construction Manager within the same division.Prior to that, I was a District Sales Manager for Home Depot Exteriors. I have been in charge of the sales and installation of roofing, siding, windows and entry doors within a 13 store territory, and been in charge of over 30 commission sales associates. In 2018, I was named the Northern Division Manager of the Year for Home Depot.Prior to that, I was an Area Manager for a National Retail Company that specializes in board games and puzzles that benefit overall brain health. I have been in charge of up to 5 stores with a total staff of over 80 employees at a time. I started with Marbles in 2011. Before starting with Marbles: The Brain Store, I was a Stage Manager for multiple regional theaters, including the Cleveland Play House and Capital Repertory Theatre. I was given my equity card in 2007, almost immediately after I graduated college. I have always been passionate about everything I do, whether it be theatre or my career in specialty retail and sales. I think the skills I have learned in both fields give me a unique insight in managing both other professionals and projects. I have a BA from Case Western Reserve University.
