Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is the world’s busiest and most efficient airport, serving over 107 million passengers annually—approximately per day. It provides nonstop service to 150 U.S. destinations and nearly 75 international locations across more than 45 countries.As part of my role, I partnered with department directors and executive leadership to develop and implement proactive strategies aimed at mitigating the impact of business disruptions. This involved conducting comprehensive risk assessments across multiple departments to evaluate the potential effects of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cybersecurity incidents, legal challenges, and market shifts.In addition, I collaborated with health, safety, and security teams—as well as local, state, and federal agencies—to ensure the airport’s emergency management plans were aligned with industry best practices and community standards.
