   I am an attorney representing companies, organizations and individuals in a broad range of litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters. I litigate cases involving business and contract disputes, administrative and regulatory affairs, trademark and copyright claims, and real estate/land use matters. I frequently represent municipalities as outside counsel in a range of litigation, administrative and civil rights matters. I regularly advise new and existing businesses seeking to obtain Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Certification from New York State, the federal government and other certification authorities. I have extensive experience in counseling business owners regarding certification eligibility, assisting with corporate structuring and governance to facilitate their applications and representing companies in appeals from denials of certification. I also specialize in intellectual property cases involving trademark and copyright infringement litigation, and prepare, prosecute and monitor trademark and copyright portfolios for clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office. I help emerging companies, in all stages of maturity, develop and implement IP management and enforcement strategies, including registration, licensing and, when necessary, litigation.
