With nearly 20 years experience working the Environmental field, I currently serve as the Manager of our Environmental Studies Department. I have managed projects from the routing and siting phase through construction close out as part of our design-build/EPC (engineer-procure-construct) teams. I have also provided expert witness testimony for my clients. I am skilled in Ecological Restoration, NEPA, Environmental Compliance, routing/siting studies, Water Quality, permitting, and Mitigation. I am a strong program and project management professional with a M.S. focused in Biology from Pittsburg State University.    I am currently a Department Manager and Environmental Project Manager at Burns & McDonnell. My primary Project responsibilities are focused on linear facilities routing and permitting, power generation and delivery siting, renewables, fiber, NEPA, and environmental permitting. I manage multi-faceted environmental Projects from initial planning through construction and closeout. My experience demonstrates a strong understanding of NEPA and state siting regulatory documentation including agency and public engagement. I have managed routing projects totaling thousands of miles of overhead electrical transmission all across the United States, as well as brownfield and greenfield substation and power generation facilities.
