I wish that I knew what I know now, when I was younger.\" It\'s incredible that the decisions you make which impact the direction your life takes, come at a time when you don\'t have the experience of the world you\'ll be heading into. Whilst some people get lucky and are able to change paths later in life, it’s a damn sight easier to change your plans for what you want to do with your life at 14-18 than it is once you’ve got financial commitments. Destination Unknown is a project to equip students with knowledge which empowers them to make the right decisions for their career path. I interview people on my show from all walks of life to discover what it’s like to do what they do. What sets Destination Unknown apart from other Careers videos, is we don’t ask for the glossy brochure version of their job, we go warts and all - because it’s easy to want to do something when you don’t know all the downsides.(And wasteful to invest a lot of time in working towards it.) This project will never finish. There are billions of people doing millions of jobs, in millions of places and things are changing all the time.
