Hi, I’m Jacques, but most people just call me JP. I work with media production companies to help them get a real handle on their numbers and scale without things breaking behind the scenes. I’ve helped manage over $100M in revenue and spent the last decade working closely with creative founders. I understand how unpredictable production life can be. My role is to bring clarity and structure so you can make better decisions and actually feel in control of the business. A big part of what I focus on now is AI. I’ve helped multiple 7 and 8 figure companies integrate AI into their operations to improve forecasting, tighten workflows, and increase margins. In most cases, it also gives owners their time back, which ends up being just as valuable as the financial gains. At Top Ops, we focus on efficiency. We combine financial strategy with AI tools to help production companies run smoother. That means clearer cash flow, better reporting, and systems that can keep up as the business grows. Most of the companies I work with are doing between $1M and $10M+ in revenue. We help identify where money is being lost, improve project accounting, maximize film tax credits, and fix operational bottlenecks that slow teams down. I’ve worked with agencies, live action teams, post houses, and full service production companies at different stages.
