I possess solid expertise in designing programs and managing them from inception through closeout – ensuring rapid program start-up, administration, well-thought out logistics, realistic budgeting, finance, compliance, and reporting. Managed parallel programs with budgets of more than $7M, and supervised technical and program staff both at headquarters and in the field.
