ABOUT JULIAN HOLMES

Julian Holmes is an experienced management consultant and business development professional. Julian provides board level advisory to Client, Technology Businesses, and Consulting Firms who are undertaking major transformation programmes.Julian leads the workforce transformation practice at LACE, the UK\'s leading independent People Consulting firm.Julian led the Global Consulting Partner channel for OrgVue, a leading Workforce Transformation and Management solution. Julian managed senior relationships, commercial and go-to-market opportunities with the major consulting firms. As well as winning key accounts and achieving multi-million pound sales, Julian played a significant role in making strategic improvements to the business including pricing, partnering and product management. Prior to OrgVue, Julian was a Director at Deloitte where he was a founder of the Deloitte Workforce Analytics business and an Organisation Design leader-establishing a multi-million pound business with a strong market presence and reputation.Julian led and delivered transformation programmes with blue chip clients across industry sectors including global banks and central government. For example, Julian was Interim Programme leader for London Olympics and Paralympics where he led the programme to hire the Gamesmaker Volunteer Workforce of people.Before Deloitte, Julian delivered significant programmes at AOL and Arthur Andersen in the internet and telecoms sector and had a variety of finance and commercial roles.Julian is a Fellow of CIPD and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent).
