About Jake Phillips
Jake has led and scaled ecosystem development and innovation programs at globally recognized startup hubs in both the US and Dublin since 2016. He currently serves as Director at HHX, the Innovation Hub at Howard Hughes, driving new project development and implementation across the organization\'s portfolio. Previously he was the director for nationwide ecosystem development efforts and early-stage startup programs across Ireland with a focus on scaling NDRC Pre-Accelerators, Masterclasses for ecosystem builders, Founder Weekends, and Office Hours. Jake has led roundtable discussions with the German President & First Lady, curated sessions for the King & Queen of the Netherlands, and led the official visit from the Duke & Duchess of Sussex to Dogpatch Labs.He was also the Head of Community for 120+ startups at Dogpatch Labs in Dublin while managing their First Fridays for Startups program supporting more than 800 early-stage founders in partnership with Google. Prior to his work in ecosystem development, he was a product manager at a high-growth startup acquired by GrubHub managing their B2B delivery solution. Jake is passionate about personal development as well as helping founders and their businesses become the best versions of themselves.
