ABOUT JEAN-PHILIPPE EGLINGER
After spending more than one and half year at IncubAlliance (Incubator in Orsay - Plateau de Saclay - France) for the development off BoC Technology, a start-up providing advanced solutions for spectrum sharing between TV/Digital radio and 3G/4G cellular networks, I am setting up a new company, Việt Pháp Strategies which aims at spurring business relationships between French and Vietnamese SMEs/Start Up in specific targeted domains (telecoms, ICT, Health, agribusiness).I spent more than 13 years in the Telecom Industry where I\'ve held different management positions in business development, marketing communication, operations and maintenance handling complex businesses in France and abroad. Previously, I worked in the consulting and media industry, focusing on media relation and analysis in Vietnam.Besides this activities, I also dedicate some of my time to teach at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations for the Vietnamese Studies Section.I have experience in multinational environment having worked with/and in several countries in Europe, Africa and especially Asia.My main competencies is to build, motivate and manage multi cultural teams with the aim to create value for customers by translating customer needs into business value.My skill sets cover team development and management, consultative selling, complex deals closing, partnership management, marketing, communication & event, public speaking, teaching and media analysis.My working speaking languages currently are French and English, used to be Vietnamese as well. German used to be my first foreign language (while ago) and I started to study Chinese three year ago.
