The ISS product develops unified metric for everything in the energy chain including E&P. Gas Plants, Refining, Petrochemicals, Polymers, Specialty Chemicals, Terminals, Pipelines, Power, and Utilities. I am the project manager for implementation of these complex benchmarking projects. The projects calculate performance gaps to the best which customers use to set Performance Excellence goals and manage their business to achieve a planned advantage. We then provide consulting services to help the customer close the gaps quickly.
