CURRENT ROLE: Mr. Peranich is responsible for sourcing and facilitating Net Leased Healthcare Investment Sales throughout the nation. As the managing partner of Peranich Huffman Net Lease Group (\"PHNLG\"), he advises a clientele base engaged in the development, acquisition, and disposition of net leased medical assets for both private and institutional principals. His clientele list includes developers of DaVita and Fresenius Dialysis Clinics, Urgent Care Facilities, and Freestanding Emergency Departments, as well as Net-Leased investors that are seeking to exchange or diversify their holdings. CAREER: Before starting PHNLG, Jonathan was a member of Transwestern\'s Healthcare Group, holding the role of Vice President of Healthcare Advisory Services. Throughout his three-year tenure at Transwestern, he brokered the sale of over 60 medical office buildings, consisting of over $200 million in transaction volume.Jonathan began his career by joining Marcus & Millichap’s Houston based Healthcare Investment Sales Group. Working in a partnership with Tanner McGraw, Jonathan facilitated the sale of both healthcare and retail assets throughout the Houston.
