I serve as a liaison between Content Creation and the Operations Procedure team, facilitating the seamless integration and implementation of updated communications regarding Paid Leave benefit fact-finding and decision-making. The above combined efforts ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across all operational facets of the program, effectively supporting the needs of both internal teams and external customers. Additionally, I have successfully contributed to multiple project teams, driving the implementation of legislatively mandated programs, including the Transportation Network Company Pilot, lifting program restrictions related to collective bargaining agreements, and establishing new medical certification requirements for healthcare professionals and facilities.
