   Managed teams in charge of ingesting factory data into the cloud-based data platform, migrating it to Snowflake and Databricks, and ultimately deploying ML predictive models to forecast a 10% reduction in factory rework and scrap costs Collaborated with Cyber, Legal, Global Trade, Risk and Architecture departments in order to guide teams through complex compliance approval processes for onboarding tools and users onto the data platform. Owned approval lifecycle and used Six Sigma techniques to improve processes and reduce end-to-end approval dates by 3 months Launched the rollout and implementation of the Customer-Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) framework (based on Six Sigma and ACE). Achieved 100% employee certification two months ahead of schedule Managed team in charge of the implementation of the data governance program for RTX’s data platform. Scope included definition of the data governance and cataloging processes, development of the data tagging framework, and implementation of Informatica and Immuta to enforce data policies, security and compliance Defined processes for implementing an end-to-end AI Governance framework across the enterprise, as part of the Responsible AI and AI Risk Management Framework (RMF) initiative (based on NIST-AI-600-1)
