He develops alternative concepts that balance capacity improvements with the goals of urban placemaking and multimodal accessibility. His responsibilities also include client and agency coordination, business development, proposal writing, and budget management. In addition to his technical and leadership roles, Joseph mentors junior staff, guiding their professional growth and ensuring the quality of their work.Beyond his project work, Joseph has contributed to the profession and his community through leadership roles such as Chair of Pride@Stantec in New Orleans (2018–2022) and as an At-Large Member of the City of Asheville’s Multimodal Transportation Commission (2023–2024).    Provides Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning services for projects ranging anywhere from small-scale intersection interventions, mixed-use neighborhood developments, and Design-Build interchange modifications. With each project, our team strives to incorporate the principles of urban placemaking, transit-oriented development, and active transportation. Within the team, I function as a Traffic Engineering Lead. My project responsibilities include, but are not limited to being traffic lead from cradle to grave on projects, alternative concept development with a focus on urban placemaking, active transportation, and capacity improvements, client/agency coordination and business development, managing junior staff workload and quality assure their outputs, proposal/scope writing, man-hours development, and budget management.
