Paul is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation evaluation through trial. His practice focuses on defending landlords, property management companies, hotels, restaurants and other small business owners in personal injury actions. Paul has significant experience handling personal injury cases involving exposure to mold, carbon monoxide, lead, mercury, pesticides and Legionella pneumophilia (Legionnaire’s Disease). He has worked on these types of cases throughout the United States.Paul routinely handles high exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions stemming from motor vehicle and work site accidents.In addition to litigation, Paul also routinely handles real estate and corporate transactional work.
