ABOUT JUSTIN DOLLMAN
Hello! Formally, I\'m a political science PhD candidate at SUNY Stony Brook. Less formally but much more intensely, I\'m working towards employment in AI safety. My research and skills are very quant forward (data analysis, statistics, econometrics, machine learning), but I also, in fact, do political research as well: my dissertation covers both global urban-rural polarization and immigration policy in the United States. Along the way I\'ve taken courses and been involved in research projects with focuses in survey design/methodology and psychology. Before returning to academia to get a PhD, I triple-majored in psychology, philosophy, and German at the University of Arkansas (summa cum laude, to boot!). After that, I taught English in Ecuador and Peru for a few years. I even had a podcast at one point.** Note: I don\'t use this site. It\'s a little too dystopian aesthetically and socially for my taste (ymmv). You can see my work in a less cluttered format on my website: https://jdollman.github.io/
