Senior learning and enablement leader with 17+ years of experience modernizing how learning work gets done in complex, global organizations. Experienced in translating learning strategy into practical operating models, standards, and systems that improve speed, quality, and consistency. Known for enabling learning professionals through clear governance, thoughtful use of technology, and experience-led approaches that scale.In my current role, I support the global learning technology strategy by leading work across implementation, governance, adoption, and AI innovation. Much of this centers on enabling learning professionals by creating clearer standards, better tools, and fewer obstacles so teams can deliver high-quality learning without unnecessary friction.I also co-lead enterprise AI learning efforts. The goal is to use AI in practical, responsible ways that improve speed and quality while keeping people in the loop.
