I was responsible for leading accessibility initiatives across the project, ensuring compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and other relevant standards. This involved conducting in-depth accessibility audits and testing to identify and address potential barriers in digital products.I worked closely with development teams, offering guidance on best practices and helping implement accessible, standards-compliant solutions. Additionally, I reviewed and validated external audit findings, ensuring they aligned with project goals and compliance requirements.A key part of my role was mentoring testers with limited accessibility experience, providing them with the knowledge and tools needed for effective evaluations. I also developed and maintained comprehensive accessibility documentation, covering guidelines, processes, and testing methodologies.To promote accessibility awareness, I organized and led workshops and training sessions, helping teams build a deeper understanding of inclusive design principles. I also monitored accessibility progress throughout the project, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring continued improvement in accessibility compliance.
