   Created a SYSCOM level instruction, NAVWAR Watch Center (NWC) Commander\'s Critical Information Requirements (CCIR), a key information management tool for COMNAVWARSYSCOM to assess enterprise readiness and the operational environment to identify decision points within the execution of NAVWAR operations. • Collaborated with PEO C4I, PEO MLB, PEO Digital, and NAVWAR competencies to develop a SYSCOM level instruction. This instruction, NAVWAR Wartime Acquisition Response Plan (WARP), is a guiding document providing NAVWAR wartime contingencies in accordance with Global Maritime Response Plan (GMRP) and its Response Conditions (RESCONs). • Developed high level briefs for NAVWAR 4.0 Fleet Readiness & Lifecycle Logistics Directorate (FRLLD) such as WARP 101 briefs, WARP Updates, and NAVWAR/PEO WARP Syncs for FRLLD Director/FRLLD Senior Executive Service (SES) and NAVWAR Commander.
