My research focuses on the societal impacts of Information Systems, such as misinformation, ethics, and justice, and how governance and organizational interventions can mitigate the negative effects and enhance positive outcomes. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to advance social change and create a more equitable and sustainable world.With over nine years of experience as a business analyst in the energy sector, I have developed a strong expertise in analyzing processes, recommending improvements, and working with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. I have also earned multiple certifications in business analysis, scrum, and design thinking, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
