WORK HISTORY
Master Sergeant @United States Army Reserve
I currently hold the position of virtual training and certification of senior personnel on Casualty Operations. I also assign personnel to missions to track the missions. In the past I was responsible for future operation planning and managing our security operations. In addition another past assignment as a Drill Sergeant from 2011 to 2021, I was responsible for the welfare, behavior, and military education of the recruits assigned to me on a 24-hour basis throughout the initial training period of basic training. My responsibilities included areas such as military discipline, physical fitness, and weapons training. Drill Sergeant\'s title is a billet independent of rank, held by Non-Commissioned Officers who complete the intense training program to earn that title. Other assignments I held were infantryman, human resource supervisor, and ROTC instructor. For 12 months in 2016, I taught military police curriculum to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Minister of Interior (MOI) security officers. As such, KSA recognized me with an award for my natural diplomatic skills and abilities to build critical relationships between the US Army and KSA-MOI. During this deployment, I held multiple assignments during the tour. I managed the English program, wrote multiple police curriculums, taught police defensive tactics, organized and executed a superior defensive driving and mobile force-protection training program, which resulted in a high-visibility course for KSA-MOI.
