As the Chief of Service Delivery at NTIS, I am responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data services, ensuring operational efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I lead cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery processes, ensuring they align with NTIS’s mission to provide cutting-edge data solutions to government and private sector clients. My role involves establishing and enforcing agreements, tracking key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvements in service operations. I collaborate with executive leadership to implement best practices in project management, business capture, customer and stakeholder management, and emerging technologies to enhance NTIS’s service offerings. Managing budgets and resource allocation is essential to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest service standards. I also serve as the primary escalation point for critical service issues, ensuring rapid resolution and customer trust. Leadership is a core aspect of my responsibilities—I mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus. With a deep understanding of government data services, information security, and operational excellence, I drive NTIS’s service strategy forward while continuously adapting to the evolving needs of federal agencies and commercial partners.
