I’m a strategic designer working at the intersection of learning systems, futures thinking, and organizational transformation. My work lives in the invisible layers—the tools, processes, relationships, and infrastructures that shape how we learn, collaborate, and navigate complexity together. At Dark Matter Labs, I help design the conditions for decentralized learning, distributed agency, and futures-driven change. I build sensemaking frameworks, learning architectures, and decision-support tools that enable teams and organizations to move through ambiguity, hold complexity, and act with clarity. My practice blends systems thinking, creative facilitation, and speculative design. I care about designing not just solutions—but the systems of learning, reflection, and adaptation that allow people and organizations to evolve over time. Much of my work revolves around questions like: — How do we turn organizations into learning organisms? — What tools and processes help us navigate uncertainty without defaulting to control? — How can we build futures-driven strategies that are experimental, relational, and regenerative? Beyond strategy and systems, I’m also an artist, educator, and musician. My creative practice informs how I think about patterns, emergence, and the relational dynamics of change. Whether designing a workshop, a book, a dashboard, or a learning framework, I approach it as an act of craft, care, and imagination.
