Our brokerage team consists of the largest group of investment advisors, hotel brokers, market researchers, analysts and forecasters of industry trends throughout the country. We have advised an extensive list of individual sellers and buyers, private and public investor groups and institutional clients on a variety of hotel investment topics including: disposition and acquisition of lodging assets, property valuations, asset management services, operations analysis and the forecast of future supply/demand trends in all markets.We are powered by Lodging Econometrics (LE) Market Intelligence.
