About Jp Dube

With over 10 years of experience in the intelligence and security field, I am a proven leader and innovator who can deliver results in complex and dynamic environments. I am passionate about advancing the mission of USSOCOM, where I lead a diverse and talented organization of over 150 personnel, focusing on identity intelligence, surveys of overseas U.S. facilities, and protection of national security information. As the Division Chief of Global Security Operations, I am responsible for modernizing the organization to align with the Secretary of Defense priorities, transforming the organization through manpower readjustments and cultural change, and providing strategic guidance and oversight to the Commander of USSOCOM. I leverage my skills in teamwork, risk analysis, and critical thinking to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and to solve challenging problems with creative solutions. I also hold a MS in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, and several certifications in cybersecurity, including the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate, the Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certificate, and the Cybersecurity Breach Case Studies Certificate.
