ABOUT JÓZSEF DICSŐ
During my whole professional career I worked in – or very close to – manufacturing. I started working in the shop floor and took my career steps further, so now I have more than 25 years of experience with production stuff. Meanwhile my career path led me to project management, which is a very versatile and exciting profession. During the time, I was fortunate to interact with a variety of people in different positions from different departments, across cultures. These experiences and interactions strengthened my understanding of the importance of cross-functional - and when given; also cross-cultural - cooperation yielding the most efficient operation. Above-mentioned experiences allowed me to become a reliable project manager, who leads project teams to success since years.
