At 0161 Education, I lead and deliver alternative provision programmes that use sport as a powerful motivator for change with young people who face barriers to mainstream education. My role focuses on both operational delivery and strategic growth of the organisation.Key Duties:Design and deliver tailored education and mentoring programmes for KS2–KS4 students, integrating sport, personal development, and academic progress.Support schools, local authorities, and families by improving attendance, engagement, and behaviour through structured interventions.Manage referrals and maintain close partnership working with schools, councils, and external agencies (including safeguarding and SEND services).Lead on quality assurance, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring provision meets statutory and contractual requirements.Coordinate staff and volunteers, including training and mentoring.
