By leading by example and showing up every single day for the people around us, leaders build trust and strengthen their relationships with their teams, resulting in improved productivity and overall performance.3. In my spare time, I like to take full advantage of living in the Pacific Northwest. Whether it\'s hiking, snowboarding, or being a tourist in my own city (Seattle)- my weekends are filled with mountains, oceans, and stunning views. Though it rains 150 days a year in Seattle, I can\'t be more happy living in such a green and lush environment.Now that you know me a little better, let me tell you about what I do.
