With a multi-discipline team, I support and strive to enable teammates to fully show up and do their best work. From coordination of workflows, project assembly, and optimizing cohort experience, I\'m also responsible for learning projects\' performance, financial goals, and guiding metrics. In addition to helping foster a healthy learning practice, my focus is creative placemaking and campus planning. I partner with clients, institutions and communities through purposeful engagement and immersive learning. With projects of all scales - from pocket parks to multi-family urban developments - we develop initial frameworks, spatial opportunities and human-centered possibilities. From charrette coordination and site studies to entitlement support, we tackle big ideas with attention to detail. My side-hustle is being a facilitator for firm-wide collaborative enhancement, communication training, and workplace development. Not only are high-trust environments imperative to high-performing teams, this work provides continual insight into how to truly achieve resilience for healthy workplaces.
