Strong experience in Marketing Bench Consultants (US citizens, Green Card, EAD, OPT, H4 and H1B ).Job portals like DICE, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed and Tech fetch and some others portals.Strong exposure in coordinating with Bench Consultants and understanding their skill and expertise area and getting the requirements as per their comfort ability. Liaison between preferred vendor and Consultant and following up with the preferred vendor for the interview process after the submission.Strong ability towards following up with Tier 1 Vendors for immediate interview and confirmation process. Get confirmation for consultants from Vendors pay-rate: hourly/per day/per week through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement. Responsible for formatting and submitting resumes to vendors or clients. If consultant selected, date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants. Responsible for getting PO (Purchase Order) and Master agreements signed by consultants and vendors.
