Deliver amazing customer service to both students, staff, and the community concerning student placement and advancement in their Pharmacy Careers Experiential Education - Manage eValue systems for 300+ students concerning their hours, onboarding, and placement throughout their four years- Manage hours and documentation for fourth-year pharmacy students to report to the Idaho Board of Pharmacy - Register fourth year pharmacy students for rotations with the university registrar - Maintain relationships with preceptors through emails and site visits- use DocuSign for signature of legal documentation - Track and manage site affiliation agreements for both local and out-of-state practice locations - Onboard students at practice medical and community sites - Streamline processes to create efficient workflow for tracking and reporting - Develop communication strategies to increase use for current resources such as CE Impact, Evalue, and other learning software for students and preceptors- With a writing team work on accrediting documents, reporting, and study of the last 8 years of the department-Create, continue to develop, and maintain engagement activities with preceptors to promote our Continuing Education software and engagement-Partner with AmeriCorps to use rotation experience to complete contract requirements and to award over to students over 2 years for servicing Idaho residents. Academic Coaching- Track student success measures and design programming to increase overall student performance- Meet with students who show poor academic performance in their coursework- Manage Academic Coaching Moodle course- Manage, track, and assess students for reassessment during the academic semester - Partner with Academic Affairs and Student Success to ensure all students have access to college and university-wide resources- Design workshops every semester to increase student engagement and well being within the college
