   AbbVie (NYSE:ABBV) is a global, research-based biopharmaceutical company formed in 2013 following separation from Abbott Laboratories. The company\'s mission is to use its expertise, dedicated people and unique approach to innovation to develop and market advanced therapies that address some of the world\'s most complex and serious diseases.\\\\n\\\\nAs part of my current role, I am responsible for overseeing BTS Service Continuity / IT Crisis Management program that proactively address potential IT crisis situations that may jeopardize organizational strategic objectives, reputation, or viability. In this capacity, I actively promote cross-team collaboration to prevent or effectively respond to any IT crisis situations that may arise.\\\\n\\\\nPrior to August 1st, 2023, I managed AbbVie\'s BTS Disaster Recovery Management Program and provided in-depth expertise in IT business continuity planning. I worked closely with stakeholders to identify potential business impacts to their systems in the event of a data center outage and developed mitigation strategies accordingly. This involved conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) assessments, facilitating DR provisioning processes for critical AbbVie systems, coordinating System and Disaster Recovery Exercises for AbbVie data centers, and managing the response and recovery efforts for business-critical IT systems in the event of a data center disaster.\\\\n\\\\nAdditionally, I provided consultation services on supplier services requirements with a focus on business continuity and disaster recovery readiness, as well as operational recovery planning for IT systems in AbbVie\'s campus compute and manufacturing sites.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
