I am passionate about creating positive, sustainable and systemic impact in partnership with global leaders in service of a thriving future. And I believe that leadership starts with SELF! My invitation to clients is to guide them as they move from ‘automatic pilot’ to ‘more fully aware’ -and an opportunity to become fully alive! My invitation: to become more human!My 13 year training has been steeped in neuroscience, interpersonal biology, somatic and presence- based coaching- all to support the development of a human being to become more resilient, centered and self-compassionate.My philosophy is based on a human-centered approach- to develop new skills and leadership competencies to lead in the 21st century. Skills such as agility, resilience, empathy, deep listening, critical thinking, curiosity, creativity and above all, to live and lead in ever-growing presence. Key growth outcomes include:1.
