As an Enterprise Specialist, I use a consultative and proactive approach to manage and be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. My experience in conducting ongoing active cases tracking and forecasting for clients ensures timely processing of visa cases. Additionally, I have proactively monitored data and reports through the internal portal and analyzed findings to provide proposed solutions to leadership and customer. My ability to coordinate messaging and information flow on daily operations and special projects between foreign national employees, managers, HR and legal counsel with various tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, Zoom, Zendesk, Workday, Namely, and Greenhouse has helped to efficiently lead the client onboarding process. Prior to my current role, I served as a Case Manager at Alliance for Immigrant Neighbor, drafting petitions, applications, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. My experience in analyzing demographics of the local community and planning bilingual DACA workshops has helped to partner with potential clients and increase revenue. My proactive approach to customer service, client retention, and resolution of client concerns is reflected in my strong communication and organizational skills.
