I participate in individual sessions with aspiring athletes, offering valuable insights into the physical and mental side of sports. Through our discussions, I assist them in bolstering their self-confidence, nurturing a resilient mindset, and honing their ability to stay focused in challenging situations. Observing their development and achievements, both on and off the court, is my ultimate goal. In addition to a mentor, I become their confidant, offering support while these athletes navigate the peaks and valleys of their athletic careers.
