I started Lanham Engineering in 2013 with just a laptop and a well vetted idea, a DBE/EDGE firm focused on traffic engineering, in a market where there were few already. It grew slowly over time as a fully remote company before that was a thing. Now, we are seven engineers, including non-Ohio folks, completing studies and design work all over Ohio.I like to say my role now is the people manager and the business manager, the project managers are my team leads. Although I don\'t manage the day-to-day of each project, my influence runs throughout each project to keep us delivering on-time and quality work.
