In my role as Evaluation Officer within the Finance, Private Sector, Infrastructure and Sustainable Development Department at the Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) of the World Bank Group (WBG), I\'m committed to supporting - through evaluation - the sustainable, inclusive, and equitable development outcomes of the WBG. IEG assesses the development effectiveness of the WBG, providing evaluative evidence to enhance the WBG\'s service delivery and results to its clients. We do so by generating lessons from past experience and supporting accountability to shareholders and stakeholders at large. IEG is independent of WBG Management and reports directly to the Executive Board.
