While I began my career as a Software Developer, I found my true strength in Production Support the high-stakes environment where real-time troubleshooting, log analysis, and system uptime are critical.My background is a unique hybrid of Software Engineering and Industrial Systems Support. I’ve built enterprise-level APIs in Java and C#, but I’ve also managed the technical interface between ERP software (Plex) and robotic hardware in safety critical environments.
