I have a strong passion for helping adults struggling with perfectionism or anxiety/worry, people who are troubled by their \"unfinished business\" from the past, those that identify themselves as \"people pleaser\", and people who somehow feel like they are not good enough. Many of my clients report being abused or neglected some time in their lives, especially in their childhood. I firmly believe everybody can heal from past wounds given the right resources and support, and everybody has the answer within themselves. Therefore, it is my role to help you reach your full potential and help you find the answers you have been looking for, the solutions to current struggles, and pathway to long-term wellness.
